Two tiers, one honest account of each

Free and open. A paid tier for more than one device.

The free build is the whole pipeline, local, with no strings, including the local connector for Claude and Codex. The connected tier adds the things that only work with a server: sync and the phone companion. Both are described exactly as they are below.

The whole pipeline, on your machine.

  • Record, transcribe, label speakers
  • Notes that cross-reference the transcript
  • Drag or paste a file into your notes: it renders inline and feeds the summary
  • Click a transcript line to hear the original audio
  • Local summaries and chat about your meeting details; summaries default to a structured form: a short overview, key decisions, and action items
  • Chat and the live assistant pull the relevant passage from a long attachment or the transcript on demand, locally
  • Local connector for Claude and Codex: point your own Claude Code, Claude Desktop, or Codex at the app on your machine
  • Attachments: documents and images feed the summary; images read by OCR (no extra download)
  • Live assistant on a discrete GPU: reads the transcript as it arrives and flags what you tell it to (opt-in)
  • Cross-session speaker identities: name a speaker once, recognised later; merge, rename, or forget
  • Translate a transcript and summary
  • Reprocess: re-run transcription and speaker labelling on a recording in one action
  • No account, no server, no telemetry
  • The only network call is the model download you start
  • Open source (AGPL-3.0)
  • Windows, macOS, Linux

Frequently asked

Pricing FAQ

Why annual-only?
Billing annually keeps the price low, with no monthly overhead.
What stays free forever?
The entire on-device pipeline: record, transcribe, label speakers, take notes, summarise, and chat, all running locally with no account and no server. Free means free; it is not a trial.
Can the server read my synced meetings?
Sync is end-to-end encrypted. Our server brokers the connection and store-and-forwards ciphertext so your devices can catch up when they come back online; it never holds your plaintext, and the key never leaves your devices.
What does the phone companion do?
On Android, it records audio (including long background recordings) and lets you take manual notes. It does not run any on-device ML: no transcription, no summarisation. A signed-in desktop receives the audio, runs the full pipeline, and syncs the result back to the phone. Sign-in uses a device-code step: the app shows a short code and opens a verification URL; you approve it there. Once signed in, devices find each other through your account directory; the phone syncs to a desktop directly on the same network, and the hosted relay carries it across other networks. iOS is coming soon. Audio never goes to a platform cloud.
